Originally from Ohio, Beth received her Master of Education degree from the University of Toledo and taught middle school math and science for 14 years.
Sometime after moving to Naples, Florida in 2006, Beth began her real estate career. She built a thriving following there in just under four years. Eventually, she pulled up stakes with her husband Bob to move to Redondo Beach, where he accepted a position as the Fire Chief. Living in South Redondo Beach, Beth has transitioned not only to the California way of life but also into the California real estate market. She is connected with her community and has gotten to know her neighbors well. Using her teaching background, Beth does an exemplary job of explaining the process and guiding her clients through the many details of buying or selling their home. Clients find an instant connection with Beth when meeting for the first time. She offers a personal touch and quality service.
When you list your home with Beth, you’ll appreciate her attention to detail. She will take the time to listen to you, develop and implement a plan, and follow-through on every aspect. Since most people first see listings online, a potential buyer’s first impression is extremely important. Beth always utilizes a professional photographer to bring out your home’s best features.
When you’re searching for a home, Beth has the unique ability to help you find the right house and to help you envision its full potential. She presents a value-added, customized approach focused on your unique needs as a buyer.
Family is paramount to Beth. When she’s not selling real estate, you’ll find Beth and her husband Bob either visiting with their four boys and many grandchildren, traveling, or spending time volunteering in various service efforts.
